Dr. Manohar & Dr Thayer
Our philosophy in life and dentistry is to treat people with respect and kindness. We know dentistry is stressful and worrisome, but we genuinely believe oral health is the key to overall health. Our goal is to make you comfortable, safe, and feel good about yourself.
Dr. Manohar earned her Dental degree at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, graduating Summa Cum Laude (“with the highest distinction”). At dental school, Dr. Manohar received numerous awards and recognition for her work in restorative dentistry, periodontics and dental implants.

Dr. Manohar is happily married and has two young children. She enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her family.
Dr. Thayer attended the University of Oregon as an undergraduate and she received her DDS from Columbia University in 2002. She then completed a one year residency at UCLA in Advanced Education in General Dentistry, where she received specialty training in implants, cosmetics, periodontics and prosthodontics. Since then, she has attended post graduate courses in all phases of dentistry. Dr. Thayer is a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association and the Contra Costa Dental Society. She has been working as an associate in Walnut Creek for the past 8 years treating adults and children. She has also been a clinical professor for the Diablo Valley College Hygiene School.
Jill lives in Danville with her husband and three children. She enjoys running and a host of other sports activities. When she’s not in the office taking care of your oral health, she’s out on a field somewhere watching [or coaching] her children in a plethora of sports opportunities.
